Do they make these for people?
My dog is a notorious baby in anything about 50 degree heat. (He's a 60 pound black lab/Pitt mix). I live in a very hot and humid climate in the summer, so I needed a new cooling mat - the last one I had leaked and I got scared it was toxic so I threw it out. This one is very durable - he's a big chewer and is rough on mats, but so far he hasn't punctured this one and oddly doesn't seem that interested in chewing on it. I tested it myself and it really does feel cool as you lay on it - I'd like one of these for me in bed at night! He has a large crate for a 60 pound large breed dog and it fits inside very comfortably. I also like that it is NOT TOXIC so that if he ever does bite into it when I'm at work, it won't harm him.

Happy with my purchase for my dog.
Just ordered two of these cooling mats had them for about a week now. They are for my labradoodle who weighs 64 pounds large dog. My dog fits perfectly on them. He does enjoy them one for up stairs and one for down stairs as we live in Arizona it is always pretty warm most of the year. You can feel the cooling as soon as you take them out of the packages. So far so good. They also seem easy to clean just wipe them down when dirty. Only suggestion I could recommend is if had something on the back to stop them from sliding around. I may have to order some type of slip resistant pads so it doesn't move when he gets up.

My mastiffs are very comfortable on them
My mastiffs are very comfortable on them, even though the largest mat is not big enough when the dogs stretch out BUT their tummies and elbows are on the nice mushy gel! The cooling gel has really helped them in this hot humid summer. Thank you for a "cool" sleeping bed!

I bought this for my 15 year old rottweiler with arthritis. She won't lay on any of the dog pillows due to heat, so she was getting pressure sores on her elbows. She will actually sleep on this mat instead of the wood floor at night, so I say it's a win! It is firm enough for her since it's thin, but just enough gel to relieve pressure on her elbow and keep her cool. I did have to put a thin pillowcase on it with grip tape on the back because it does slide on my wood floor.

Worth it! I’d buy again in a heartbeat....
We looked at cooling mats for weeks! Our husky puppy was miserable during the summer months considering we just moved and did not have air conditioning yet. She loves this thing. She does everything on it, it is her favorite place to be. If you sit on it, you can feel it starting to cool. Now that it’s winter I thought she would give it a break, but she’s still crazy over it. Awesome customer service and the company mailed a personal thank you card! I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Works Well in Hot Weather; Dog Likes It
Our weather sometimes gets over 100 degrees and our dog is an outside dog. As soon as I put this down on the patio next to her cot, she immediately laid down on it. It stayed cool most of the day. It re-cools itself at night, so can be used every day.. The size is perfect for a Parsons Russell terrier, and is one of her two favorite reclining spots. Husband said I should get one for him as we do not have Central Air.

Great Purchase
My pooch doesn't quite know how to use it yet on her own, but when we can get her on it she loves it! I have a Boerboel (large mastiff) and it helps us watch her temp when it is very hot outside. We are very happy with it and she seems to be too. (It's also pretty durable as she just kind of drug it around by her teeth the first few days and you can't even tell!)

Just okay for a human, lol
Got this for myself since my memory foam mattress is too hot in the summer. It works okay but I hoped for more. Designed for animals.
