I'm having trouble rating this product since, it did not appeal to me. I applaud, the idea, and value, of riced vegetables, but there was just something I couldn't get past. I love vegetables, so that wasn't it.. Great company, so that wasn't it. I think it was the color and looks. I tried the Sweet Potatoes and I couldn't have told you what I was eating. To me, it didn't taste like sweet potato at all. I couldn't tell you what it did taste like? Someone else might really like and enjoy them. So, please don't let my review prevent you from purchasing them. I don't like giving a poor review, just letting you know what my experience was. So, try them, you might really like them.

I wanted to try these because we constantly use cauliflower in the place of rice. These were good and tasty but for the price I’ll stick to the frozen ones
