Works well. I haven't used all of the attachments yet. Runs smooth and is easy to handle. I wish it were rechargeable. Good deal for the money.

I was looking for a multi tool item like this for space saving reasons. I needed a milk frother, chopper, and immersion blender and having one vase to connect the different parts has been life changing. I’ve had one from a different company that wasn’t powerful enough so everything else worked except the immersion blender. I decided to give this a try making a chicken pastina when there was a bug going around our house. I was hoping this would blend the softened veggies so I can later fish out the chicken to shred. After turning it on for a couple minutes the broth looked smooth so I thought maybe all the chunks settled to the bottom. I grabbed a ladle to try and fish them up to see what chunks were left. To my surprise, there were no chunks. I panicked wondering where the chicken went when after a few minutes of fishing around I didn’t find any solids. The immersion blender was so powerful it liquified the chicken! I called my husband over and we were speechless then laughed at the possibility. Not what I was expecting to do, my it blended the chicken so finely in the soup my toothless 9 month old was able to enjoy a protein packed broth. 10/10.

Critical parts are all cheap white plastic, so durability overall will likely be an issue. The device is powerful, so making regular batches of smoothies with fresh berries at home is not expected to be a problem. Not sure about frozen strawberries, or larger pieces of fruits. But I doubt it can handle the abuses we subject our immersion blenders at work to on a daily basis, for multiple hours each day. But those are commercial grade equipment, and even those the motors burn out or goes into thermal protection shutdown. Material build quality of the whisk attachment is crap. Will it handle whipping heavy cream? It better. But it is so flimsy that hand washing it might bend or break it. Have anxiety just looking at the thin metal wires. The 2nd main reason for getting this is the attachment to blend meats for dumpling fillings. The attachment blades are sharp but very thin. Again, durability is the main concern. I will sleep on it another 2-3 days to decide if it is worth keeping. Or buying a Ninja set.
