A bit too big but doable .

These are the best Omega-3 caps I've ever taken - if you do happen to burp, it only taste like a mild lemon but no fish!

My eye doctor recommended I take a series of this to see if it would help glaucoma. I use an omega oil for eye drops also. The tablets are large and are not the easiest to swallow. Will try anything to reduce glaucoma pressure.

Great brand. Clean products

I have been wanting to start taking fish oil but had trouble finding a brand I trust. I thought this one would be worth the effort. But my stomach got too upset. So sorry this one is out for me.

I gave this product 5 stars because it helps me so much. I can take multi-vitamins, supplements for focusing, etc. but this fish oil delivers! I initially took it because of the DHA, it has one of the highest DHA content I could find, because I wanted to improve my focus. I noticed that I feel more focused when I'm studying. If I don't take these my ability to concentrate goes down because I have ADD. I also feel that my mood improves. I don't worry or have anxiety when I take these. It says to take 2 softgels per day but sometimes I take 1 softgel daily and I still notice my focus and mood improve. The bottle is around $25 or so and it provides a 30 day supply but I still think its worth buying based on how its helped me and the fact that it has a high DHA content.

I was excited to finally try Dr. Amen’s supplements, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The capsules are much too large to swallow comfortably, and I struggled with the risk of choking. I even tried opening the capsule, but it just didn’t work out for me. Usually, omega-3 supplements provide a noticeable benefit for focus, but I didn’t experience any improvement with this product. Compared to Nordic Naturals, which I’ve had great experiences with, this product fell short in both ease of use and effectiveness for focus.
