I follow someone on TikTok who swore these would help with bowel movements if suffering with constipation. They didn’t do anything for me, made me feel more bloated and windy and that’s all really. I might try again and take them over a longer period and see what happens.

I’m always constipated, however this tea not only it works it also taste amazing hot or cold. You don’t get painful stomachache drinking this tea but it does help to release a lot . I’m get happy with this product and I highly recommend it

Llegó en tiempo, tiene buen sabor y excelente olor, yo lo tono por las mañanas y hace que evacues después de cada comida, mis primeros días puede llegar a doler el estómago, tener ruidos y retortijones, pero luego pasa y te sientes super bien ya desinflamada y ligera. Lo recomiendo 100%
