I BOUGHT THESE IN HOPES THAT OVER NIGHT IT WOULD THE TWO THINGS IT SAYS IT WILL DO. 1. HELP SLEEP. IT DOES THAT 30 MINS. BEFORE WANTING TO SLEEP, AND SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT. WELL RESTED IN MORNING. 2. HELPS YOU LOSE WEIGHT. NOT FOR ME SO FAR. GONE THROUGH MY FIRST 2 BOTTLES. SHAME ABOUT THE WEIGHT. AM GOING TO ORDER AGAIN,SIMPLY FOR SLEEPING. PLAIN MELATONIN DOESN'T WORK AT 5 OR SIX PILLS. SO HERE I GO AND FORGET THE DARN WEIGHT.
