It's very much plug and play and the monitor clarity is good.Although it's not ideal that you need 2 cords- one for power and one for connection, the monitor is super lightweight. The case provided is more of a stand and less of a protective case so you still need to be mindful of that when transporting.

The media could not be loaded.  Hubby Loves It!!! This portable monitor is very nice looking. My hubby needed an extra monitor to help him work at home and this one has been super helpful! The colors on this monitor are really nice!! The monitor is super easy to access picture modes and settings by pushing in the volume slider. The speakers are also very loud for a screen of this size so that is a huge plus. Hubby loves that!!! He is definitely blown away by the price and build of this monitor.I steal it from my hubby & I like connecting it to my laptop to watch shows or using it as a second monitor when I need it…It comes with a hdmi, USB and type c cable. It's super light and portable and great for traveling. My kids also try to steal it to play their games on! It is very versatile and convenient! We highly recommend it for anyone who wants an extra monitor for a PC or if you plan on moving your game system around often. Movies look very good as well. 5/5 stars easily. Awesome product!

We decided to buy a portable monitor to connect to our cell phones so that we can view content on a larger display. After a lot of online research, my wife decided to try this FANGOR product and it has pleasantly exceeded our expectations! It works with both of our cell phones - an iPhone and a Motorola running on Android - using our own 3-way HDMI adapters (we separately bought one specific to each phone as shown in one of our photos). Both setups worked perfectly when screen mirroring and viewing YouTube videos (see photos). The monitor can be powered using either of the type-c ports with the included connector or the micro USB port (using our own connector). The full-function type-c port can also serve as a pass-through to power other accessories (in our case the 3-way adapter) as long as you have a power source connected to the other charge-only type-c port. The display settings (brightness etc.) can be easily adjusted using the menu button. The display and sound seem pretty good for typical web browsing as well as tasks you would do on a cell phone. The user manual is clear with understandable instructions and diagrams. If you are connecting this monitor to something that has a full function type-c port or an HDMI port, you shouldn’t need any of your own connectors as the monitor comes with all the different connectors you would need to set it up. We needed our own connectors because the connection ports on our phones are not type-c.The only minor flaw we noticed was the presence of some white spots in a roughly 2” by 2” area in the upper left quadrant of the screen (see photo - spots are near the upper left corner of the white display box). These spots are not visible at all when the monitor is either connected and displaying, or completely turned off; they are only visible when the monitor is powered on but in idle mode (as show in the photo). They are not due to screen surface imperfections, but seem to be related to the pixels somehow. As the spots do not impact the functional performance of the monitor’s display, we still give the product 5 stars but want to point them out as feedback to the seller/manufacturer.

I was so tired of being at home and just started traveling again to our offices. I am so used to having another monitor to work with from my laptop, I cannot work without one. Yes, this is a monitor not my pretty women When working or viewing videos the smart case is made of pu leather to provide excellent protection for the entire monitor and can be folded into different positions to create a stand for your own viewing style.

This monitor is great for the price. Great for a second monitor while traveling. Also great for Samsung dex.

I got this for my daughter to use for her python class. She often switch between browser tabs to look at instructions, the IDE workspace, and the instructor video call. That wastes quite a bit of time when she had a single monitor and that translate to money wasted due to the high cost of the coding class.This monitor can act as an external display and because of its high resolution, you can fit a lot of stuff there. We end up putting it in vertical mode so she can see more of the code without scrolling. We also tried out video playback and it’s very bright and colorful. Overall it is a really nice monitor with a small footprint. Would recommend.
