It all works as it should. Seems robust enough and all bits that rotate /move do so freely but with appropriate firmness as required.The controls are a bit small for my fingers so I find I frequently 'lock' the settings or accidentally change them. I hope this wills too with more practice.The manual is not really much use at all but online videos and instructions do the job.This was my first foray into using a flash. The Godox does the basics well and easily and offers sophisticated options that I've yet to use in anger.I think this was a good buy.

Clearly a design fault but they keep selling them.

I purchased this to use on holiday in October 2022. A week in, the mechanism that fixes the flash to the camera became faulty, meaning I was unable to release it from the camera at all, and had to carry the camera with the attached flash around with me. After a week of doing that, the weight ripped the flash, and the hot shoe mount on the camera, off. So not only do I have a flash that I'm unable to attach, but now need to have my camera repaired too. Really disappointing.

Great value package, battery life is a little short but a overall great product

Perfect for beginners. I already own a flash, bought this to pair with to use as a remote flash or an off-camera flash. Works perfectly fine. Spending money on regular batteries may not be a good idea if you use it on a regular basis. I would suggest investing on a good set (4 AA) of rechargeable batteries. Easy to use menu and settings. One or two YouTube tutorials will help you to start experimenting with it. I'm an amateur photography enthusiast, so please don't consider it as an expert opinion.

The quality is great to its price, and very easy to use.

This is by far the best flash you can get for this price. Better suggestion is to get rechargeable set of batteries with it to make a nice combo. There are many modes to use as per your style. Also comes with a set of accessories to bring your creativity side out with flash photography. Great one and recommended.
