Vegetable and Julienne Peeler - 4 in 1 Ultra Sharp Multi-Blade Peeler - By iGenietti

I bought this mainly for the julienne blade. It works fine and has a hefty feel to it but it is a little difficult to clean because of being a multi-blade peeler and pieces get stuck in between the various blades. I have to shake/rinse them out frequently if I'm julienning a large amount of veggies. The strips look nice though and are the perfect thickness. According to the description it is imported from Italy. It is not. It is actually made in China. I contacted Amazon about correcting that but as of now they have not.

It seemed bulky at first but is very easy to use. I love the julienne results. The peeler is nice also.

Only time would tell, luckily I had my vegetable and julienne peeler by my side.When it arrived in its elegant packaging I unsheathed my device, a coronation was taking place in my kitchen. The weight of my peeler perfectly balanced, the blades shined like the high sun reflecting off a diamond on a mid summers day. These veggies did not stand a chance.As I began prepping the vegetables necessary for my appetizers and main course the julienne peeler was more than efficient. This multi purpose tool allowed me to tackle the task with ease; the sharp blade allowed for a fluid motion, if the kitchen was a basketball court I was Stephen Curry shooting a 3-pointer..graceful and confident. With such confidence in the kitchen I now felt puerile about my aforementioned anxiety.I could not wait to unveil my masterpiece. Minutes later the doorbell rang, I hit the play button on the surround sound, Kenny G played lightly in the background as I welcomed my date. “It smells amazing” were her first words, “thank you julienne” I said to myself in my mind. It was an amazing evening, wine flowed with the conversation, and our smiles mirrored each other’s. The presentation of each course lit a smile on her face brighter than I could of ever imagined.After dinner with a smirk on her face she asked, “What’s your secret Bobby Flay?” To which I replied, “A chef never reveals his secrets.”I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review and feedback.

What a COOL peeler! 4 different functions with one super sharp tool I no longer have to haul out my food processor to julienne one or two carrots or zucchini.
