Yes, I have the gold metal extenders on my big planner.

This fits the Largest or BIG planner. If you have the Teacher Edition that has 8.5 x 11 pages, it will fit nicely with plenty of extra room. This is the one I use on my personal planner and love it!

Q: Do you have pictures of what it looks like on the inside? Does it have extra pockets or anything?

Yes there are 3 small pocket slits to hold stickers & a back flap to hold the planner. As well as a front flap that will hold 8.5 x 11 sheets & a pen holder. This is the planner cover I use. Very comfortable.
