Well, setup is easy, nothing too crazy there. HUGE flaws. Comes with 2 magnetic pieces, 1 on the base of the stand and then a super flimsy piece you stick onto the wall/gutter/etc. The flimsy sticker doesn't stick at all, comes right off (even after you clean the surface it is being stuck to). It's a generic "3M" type tape..I mean REAL generic like from the dollar store. The portion of the stand that is supposed to clip on into your camera comes off with a slight breeze/touch. It's not rocket science, you clip it in and it's suppose to hold. Nope. Falls right out when you try to position the angle of the camera. Every. Single. Time. If you don't have a protective casing on your camera, I wouldn't risk getting these or even wasting your money. Returning these tomorrow.

Magnetic is super strong

The magnets are very strong and hold well. However, the screw cap where it presses into the back of the camera does not hold the camera to the magnet. Very good. Just pops off at nothing. I ended up having to wrap some tape around the plug in order to make it a tighter connection so that the camera would not fall off the magnet. I ordered two sets. One set had a screw cap that was kind of flat that did not hold the camera securely. The other set had a longer different screw cap that did a good job. I'm hoping it's a new redesign and maybe I just got one of the older ones.

easy to use and setup

These work great for attaching Blink cameras to the outside of shipping containers on my property. I also used them to attach cameras to my Sprinter van.

This is superb with the bing camera for metal or places you do not want to use screws! GREAT for rental homes or retail spaces!! Great value.

Perfect item to support the camera

As others have commented, the screw cap that snaps onto the back of the Blink camera does not provide a secure fit. It separates easily from the camera. I am returning this order.
