Only Made it 30%
I had to push through the beginning with the hope Haden would redeem himself later. I was wrong. Without spoilers, this book took an unexpected and unpleasant turn. I love a good enemies to lovers as much as the next girl but this was not well executed.

Spoiler Alert
It was an ok read but too many overdone cliches. I don't get why an adult male chose such an infantile approach to getting a woman's attention. And as it progressed neither of them spoke about their feelings but continued with the stupid avoidance. Presley repeatedly thought of Haden's immaturity because he was younger but she was no different. Instead of talking to Haden about things Eloise said she just reacted. I'm sick of scenes portraying females as these stupid, rash beings. And only after he married Eloise he realized he loved Presley and made a mistake so takes off for the airport to admit his feelings. I thought it could have been better but the cliches didn't do it for me.

So good!
Oh Kat, I have been meaning to read this story for years and now I want to kick myself for waiting for so long. This was a perfect enemies to lovers story, rife with your brand of angst. I loved Jaden and Presley's story. I loved that their love wasn't "cookie cutter" but hard won.

It’s a fantastic roller coaster ride!!
This book was fantastic!! I wanted to smack Haden & tell him to wise up! Poor Presley! She had her world blown off it’s axis! Just a great read!! Winding and twisting. Loved it!!! ❤️❤️

Stupid
This book could have been good. You made the main characters “stupid.” Presley was really crazy to act the way she did from beginning to end. Haden was a boy pretending to be a man. Just tell me why did you allow him to marry and then run off from his wife? Just a stupid storyline with really stupid characters. Give your characters more backbone please!!

Emotional roller coaster
I felt like a hormonal pregnant woman reading this captivating story. So many tears and angst in suspense for the much needed HEA.

Talk about a roller coaster! This book had me going up and then down. I didn’t know which way was up and Hayden was a total mind game. I think the story had a good arc and it kept you invested in how it was going to end.

Absolutely loved it
I was a bit worried starting this as I did something I never do, and that was read some reviews. Some weren’t very glowing but they were made before the book had been rewritten so maybe that’s the difference??I loved the book. I loved Presley and Haden. She was a bit annoying at first being super rude and not giving Haden a chance at anything. I get his mannerisms and personality were getting on her nerves but he was redeeming himself but she just couldn’t see it.Haden was such a conflicting character, one minute I hated him, the next I loved him. The way Kat described him I could totally imagine him in my head. The whole book was so like this and I found myself immersed in their story. I enjoyed the love triangle, and for anyone who doesn’t like cheating, there isn’t any.

Hopeful romance
Miss OCD meets Mr player. Presley has ended the perfect relationship with her long term boyfriend because something was missing. Mr player wants miss OCD so he decides he's going to wind her up. (All he needs to do is move her perfectly arranged stationary but decides to go to the extreme). She hates him and then one night in a moment of weakness Mr player seizes his chance. It's a beautifully written romance with good characters and dialogue. Could see this as a movie.Well done and worth a look. I loved it.

So much potential
I read at least 3/4 of the book, because there were moments I thought the plot would be redeemed. It was not. Neither main character was capable of actually allowing a relationship to develop without hurting the other, I saw some spoilers and it realised it wasn't worth finishing. Using a baby to develop the plot felt kind of lazy.
