Great Little Tool
This is so handy. It’s a little item that provides a great service. A lot of my needles don’t have their size on them. Some have worn off and others were never on there. Plus it’s very handy for measuring shorter lengths. Fits perfectly in my needle case.

Useful and study!
Love this tool! I love to thrift and sometimes will find knitting needles or crochet hooks without any numbers or letters. This has come in handy!! Also, love that it's metal.

Handy durable aluminum tool
Handy for measuring your gauge in knitting and crochet projects. The needle sizer is also helpful for needles that are not well marked. I keep it in my small tool bag that I tote with me for both local and long-distance travel. It is nice to have the tools you need when crafting.

Best is not always the fanciest!
Not fancy but get the job done! I’ve had one for years and now my son and daughter in law are learning the craft. I wanted them to have the tools they need!

Convenient, economical
I use interchangeable knit tips that I don’t attempt to sort in a pocketed needle case. I can eyeball most common sizes, but the gauge is handy for confirmation, for less familiar sizes, and measuring swatch gauge. I do wish the metal was a wee bit sturdier, but this is still my go-to. I have several to always have one handy.

Excellent - Very Helpful
I know other reviewers said their Knit-Chek arrived bent, and some said the openings were not smooth. Mine was fine, no issues. I find this to be handy to check gauge, it is easier to hold down against an item than a ruler or tape measure. It is also wonderful to check needle size. Circular needles are usually not marked, if the needle is not in its case or pouch, one can easily find what size it is using this. Also, it is easy to take with you along with your project.
