This product is totally silent. When we got it we had to call the representative and complain that it didn't worked when we plug it in. She told us to place the boots on and it will do the job but to give it a try and leave until the next day and see that even though doesn't make no sound , it is super quite and you don't see any air coming out , no even becoming warm it will work because that is the way was made. If it doesn't to call again then they will exchange it or give us our money back. well we did what she suggested and to our surprise she was absolutely right ..the shoes were wet when we place it on this dryer , the next day there were completely dry ..no sound ,no air but is was dry ..so I absolutely recomend this item .so glad we try the representative recomendation . Buy it you will not be disappointed. Doesn't make any sound , no air coming out , not even heat that you can feel but it does work. Love how quiet it is.. now we love it. Thank you Amazon for a great product .
