I ordered this to have remote start in my 2015 Jeep Compass. I didn’t want to have a separate fob for remote start, so the 3X lock on my OEM fob was the way to go. Received the remote start very quickly once it shipped out. The build quality is good, the wires are wrapped in a fabric loom. Comes with zip ties, but they break easy so I used my own zip ties. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, I had it installed and working in 20 minutes including the time it took to take off and put the interior panels back on. If you have an MK model Jeep (Patriot or Compass) it doesn’t get much easier than this to add remote start. More affordable than other car brands/models, mine was only $100, my girlfriend’s car is a $200 unit.

Great item. Watched the video included on the QR code and went to work. 30 minutes later, my wife had her remote vehicle starter installed. No fuss no muss just did what the instructions said and it worked right first time. Nearly anyone could put this in and get it going on the first try, just follow the instructions. Having knowledge of vehicles is a plus, but even the novice, if they take their time, will get it right. Excellent product and I will recommend anyone to them.

2011 Jeep Compass.If you have any kind of mechanical ability, this is super easy to install. It took me longer to get the lower dash panel off than it took me to install and program the remote starte module. Viewed the install video instructions twice and theb went at it. 45 minutes start to finish which included disassembling and reassemblyWinter is here and now my wife is happy because she can warm up her car before she leaves for work. I'm happy because she'll stop stealing my car on cold days to go to work.

Awesome remote way to easy to install love it

Took a little longer than 10 minutes to install but not much. I’m not car smart and I had no issue installing it. Just follow the instructions and you’ll have a working remote start in no time!

Works with the factory wiring and electronics

Took about an hour to change. Well worth it but not a 10 minute install. Maybe if you have done a few before. Would buy again.

I ordered for my wifes 2017 Jeep Compass. It is not listed in the description that this kit is for cars that use a physical twist to start key. This will not work for push button starters! The value is good though. It came on time and had everything included.
