Alright, so I believe I posted a review previously, wherein I explained that, upon receipt, the product was hot to the touch, the packaging was soaked and flattened, and it was just awful. Dead on arrival. This was a birthday gift for my partner, and it's not exactly an inexpensive product, so I immediately contacted WebGourmet, who I will say up front, WAS NOT AT FAULT HERE, since they packaged it correctly; the issue, rather, was absolutely on the delivery service, who clearly didn't handle the product as the seller clearly labeled it: PERISHABLE.WebGourmet contacted me immediately, and offered to send me another one, expedited. I was clearly ecstatic, considering, as they did all the right things, they were not exactly responsible for whatever the shipper did to the product. I believe that may fall on Amazon itself (insurance and all). I'm happy to say that the new product arrived cool and clean, so I popped it in the refrigerator and was finally able to give it to my bf.Let me tell you that he was literally dying to get his hands on this cheese, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The cheese is a solid 6/5 (yes, you read that right). The flavors, the melt-in-your-mouth texture... everything. There is a reason this is a world-renowned, award-winning product. I honestly wish more places would pick it up, but again, it's got a fairly hefty price tag on it. $25 for cheese?! It's absolutely worth it.The service provided by the seller, who was ready and willing to offer me a replacement (despite me not directly asking) matches that. I want to be clear that I recommend both the product AND the people selling it. I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you, WebGourmet, for going out of your way. It's hard trying to send out highly perishable products during the heat of summer, but you pulled it off. I think when winter rolls around, I will order a bunch of these for Christmas gifts. It should be much easier on the shipping during the cold months. Mind you, I WILL be ordering this again; it's just a matter of time.You and your product have earned every star. To those considering this product, it is absolutely worth it. Even if there is a hiccup in shipping, the small hassle and the slightly longer wait is worth it.

Like most people, I ended up buying this after seeing it in a video online–Try Guys Keith Eats $500 Worth of Cheese–and I myself am a lover of cheese, so I thought it was worth a try. It was delicious down to the very last morsel: the texture was creamy, the flavor tangy from the goats and sheeps milk without being overwhelmed due to being coated in flavored olive oil, and an all around great holiday gift for the whole family as part of our cheese board. Also, after the cheese was gone, the oil was an added bonus to use for part of a vinaigrette, an added ingredient in a compound butter, or even just dipping bread in for an appetizer. Money well spent indeed, and it’s going to be a staple in our holiday meals for years to come.

Shipping was incredibly fast for something from Australia. It arrived in a cold box with a freezer pack which was wonderful because it was ice cold right out of the box. The creamy texture is incredibly spreadable which makes it perfect for more crispy or flavored types of bread (my personal favorite is just a simple French baguette). What this cheese is not the best for is sandwiches, salads, or on top of toast. It is expensive, but it's a good treat and a little goes a long way because there's so much flavor packed into every bite. And even the olive oil is spectacular so nothing in that jar goes to waste. 10/10 would recommend everyone at least tries this once in their life.

Absolutely delicious. Like many saw it on a Try Guys Eat the Menu. Product arrived with superior shipping quality. Bigger container than what I expected.Taste is smooth, creamy, salty. I used some of the olive oil already on some meatballs I cooked on the stove top.Pro tip: Let it sit on counter a while to get to or near room temp. The flavor intensifies. And NO DO NOT microwave.

This is soooo delicious! I received one as a gift and then got one as a hostess gift for my brother and his wife and then I just bought another for my Christmas party! Sooooo very wonderful! Tangy and creamy and rich! I like it best with a really nice bread, but a cracker will do.

This i my favorite cheese I have ever had. Not only am I a fan of the way is so easily spreads, but the flavor is such an amazing experience. This cheese is definitely worth your time!

I'm usually one who waits for things to go on sale, or can't justify expensive purchases to myself very often. But this cheese? It's well worth the price. It's immaculate. It's very salty and has a creamy texture; it's less like feta and more like standard goat cheese. The olive oil it's marinated in is really good, too. Definitely a treat
