However, the upper half is slightly wobbly based on the design of the rack. Whenever a jacket is put on either the rod or the back panel hooks, the top half will wobble slightly, but only for a moment. The design of the sections connecting the upper half and lower half results with this 'wobbling'. The bottom half is very sturdy though, so the overall rack is sturdy. As seen in the picture, we don't have many jackets hanging yet. It looks nice and functions as advertised so far. Review: Will definitely want to secure the top to the wall as it isn’t the sturdiest thing ever - Works well. Sturdy enough but will probably want to secure to wall. Hang hooks could stick out more to allow for bulkier jackets. The “s” hooks are borderline worthless.
