It takes a while to work out how much to use to get the best results but less is most definitely more. If you use too much you get a white powdery film left on your skin which is very noticeable. I don’t get a good result if I use it with foundation of any kind - for me it’s best used on clean, dry, non-moisturised skin. I’ve been using this for years and now know exactly how much (or rather, little) to use. The tiniest amount is all you need for under eye bags and just swipe it on once, don’t rub it in. I can’t live without it now. The difference is amazing and it lasts all day. The tube lasts months months for me as I only use it for eye bags.

When this arrived I couldn’t fit the life of me get the stuff out I pumped but nothing I was gutted ! So I googled problems getting product out and it said about air bubbles and to tap it upstairs de down hard , I done this and the product came out so pleased as I started a return , i have tried Rox eyes which is half the price and does great only it leaves so much white powder on ur face this DOESNT it’s excellent I wear make up and I can still use it very happy !!

I have tried using the product a couple of times and unfortunately it hasn't worked for me yet. It dries quickly but leaves a white residue that doesn't look right so it needs to come off. I think with any new product you need to practice until you find a method that suits you and your skin. So, I will try a few times more to see if makes a difference.

I purchased this for my mother in May but she has only tried to use it recently, it is impossible to get any product out of the dispenser, we have both tried but to no avail. I would like a replacement or a refund if some one from Dermaworks could reply to this message as otherwise it was a waste of money as we don’t know whether it works or not.

Onto a clean sauce,r push plunger in slowly with both thumbs a small amount at a time, when finished carefully pull plunger back out, ready for next time. Use hairdryer at low temperature to dry quickly. Apply make up over the top, lasts until face is washed. (as per my partner Chris)
