After reviewing a book, Amazon told me if I reviewed six other products they'd tell me a joke and as I think it is funny in a pathetic sort of way that I benefit from this product, I decided this is one I'd review.What can one say? It works. If you are an occasional leaker like I am, it dramatically reduces the fear of an embarrassing wet spot on your pants or the smell it sometimes brings. It makes you feel a little bit more comfortable as you walk to the bathroom, so that you won't humiliate yourself if you don't quite make it in time due to prostate issues.There; I want my joke Amazon!

The quality is very good. I've been using shield guards for over a year now and I am very happy with Amazon brand affordable price and excellent quality.

I purchased them for my brother who had surgery "down there". I tried one, and the lower portion of this napkin is broad and goes down further than needed. It might rub against your inner thighs. Cut it shorter and thinner at the bottom. My brother reports that it's excellent and can hold quite a bit of fluid. His suggestion was for slightly stronger adhesive. By mistake, one of these used ones got into his washing machine and it created this gooey paste on his clothes. He was able to wash it out and then continue with normal drying. If you use one of these things, make sure they're removed from your underwear before you do the wash.

life throws you some curve balls sometimes, our curveball: a 6 foot 2inch non verbal autistic son that’s 21 going on 2. diapers have been a daily part of his life since he was born, and these diaper liners give us one less thing to worry about. they are thin, but very adsorbent, the self adhesive strips make them easy to use. the design and quality make his diapers last longer, and save us money.

What I like about these pads is that it is the cheapest option out there, but there is always a down side. The more expensive pads allow urine to enter and also does a good job of keeping it contained. This is the problem I have with these Amazon pads, they leak from both ends, plus wetness comes through all over which leaves you with feeling wet.I am fully incontinent due to a medical mistake. I go through 10 to 12 pads a day so a .21 cent pad compared to a 1.00 plus pad makes a difference.

Works as well as Depends and cheaper also. At least for me.
