Perfect fit for a woman that looks for a nice Android watch
After purchasing and returning an Apple Watch SE (can only me configure with an iPhone), I ordered this watch for my wife. She just love it. The style is bigger than the Apple Watch but she love it. The connection with his A51 phone was easy and smooth with WearOS and Suunto app for the stats. Of course you need to set up the watch properly so it can last more than a day with battery. This one got wifi, Bluetooth and much more. The colors are awesome and the GPS works great. I recommend this watch. A+

I wanted to love this
I have been waiting for an awesome Google Wear watch for a while. And firstly, the Suunto 7 is stunning looking. It is a big watch with a lot of style. The UI is wonderful looking and the Wear side of things works very well. That is sadly where things stop. The biggest issue is battery life, this thing sucks down battery life. I had it at 100% charge in the morning, went to the gym for an hour using the Suunto activity tracker. By the time I got done and home, the battery was at 79%. By the end of the day I was at 20%. This is with the screen not set to always on, and not using any feature on the watch beyond it just being a watch the rest of the day. This might not have been a total deal breaker although it sucks to think if I was going to use skiing or doing something that would be longer than an hour. This gets compounded by it can not seem to track steps correctly. I have kept my fitbit around while using this and they are diverged by a substantial margin with Suunto being very low. The Suunto features also seem to be very buggy. They tend to turn off at odd times or just freeze. The watch faces will get frozen in the "not showing you details" mode or get stuck on in full even when you want the watch to shut off. All of this together was just too much for me to be able to keep a $500 watch that does not work near as well as my $100 fitbit. For that, I am sending it back, which is just a shame since I wanted to love this watch.

Perfect Outdoors Watch
A little nervous when I bought it but it ended up being exactly what I wanted. The watch itself has a very high quality feel and is comfortable on the wrist. As an outdoorsman my hope was that there would be some outdoor navigation apps that were compatible with the watch, specifically with more map types available like satellite imagery and topo overlays. There was no information I could find online but after I had the watch I was able to get it all working with the locus maps download. Very happy with everything the watch can do. My only negative is that the "hey google" voice command isn't working no matter what I do and after two days of going deep into the settings I just gave up. I blame that on google though and not Suunto. Overall a fantastic watch and one I am looking forward to taking into the woods with me.

No customer support
I've had this watch for a year. I bought it because the altimeter reviews were very good. The altimeter function worked well for about three months. It now is off by at least a factor of 10 on any activity I track. The watch and the Suunto app on my iPhone have never synced. I spoke with Suunto customer support, and they suggested I use Google Wear app, which worked for about one month.Suunto's website says it works well with Strava. I've also never been able to pair/sync the Strava app on my phone with the watch.Suunto no longer has a phone number for customer support. They have a chat service, which the website states is available from 24/5 M-F. It is difficult to find a live person to chat with, 1+ hour waiting time, and once found the chat connection typically drops (75% of the time) before an issue can be resolved, if it in fact can be resolved, because the watch doesn't seem to communicate with many other systems using iOS.Not buying their products again.

Battery life sucks no matter how you ues it.
This watch looks good. That's the only good thing about it. A full charge doesn't last a day. Probably because its using 2 operating systems sunnto and wear os day 2 the text message app stopped working. Had to hard reset. I would not recommend buying this watch. It makes my original Samsung frontier seem over the top.
