I'm 5'5 @220lbs and this is a beginners type waist trainer. It does not give the bottle shape and was tremendously uncomfortable for me. I have lost over 60lbs and have lots of excess skin, both the straps and the spines digged into my skin. The bra straps are to thin that I had to buy bra strap protection so it could be manageable. But the spin on the back would dig into my waist and left me bruised. I tried wearing for about 10 to 12 hours for 2 weeks and It got to the point I had to let my body breathe from it. I bought a size XL. I have better ones that I will just use instead. I did like the hooks and zipper though. It had near to no stretch

The media could not be loaded.  I like it and is comfortable, also I like the support from the straps…. But won’t zip up , witch I expected since I just had a baby and I’m in the process of loosing weight I expect it . I’m still keeping it because I know eventually it will zip up …

I have lost a total of 35lbs . I have a faja that i purchase here on Amazon 1 year ago size 2XL it was amazing I love her . But since I lost some pounds she’s to big for me so I decided to look for another new friend that can hug me tightly while exercising and hit my goal to get sling removed surgery. I came across this faja and after readying all the comments , I decided to order a size L . Because I notice it has 3 road of clips but. It’s too loose it’s like you don’t have a faja on ! I mean the point of wearing a faja it’s because you want to hold your belly or help with your back while working out . But this is just not tight ! Material is not cheap but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR! alright! I will sujest order a size smaller . I’m returning mine

im 5’8 170 pounds usually wear l-2x in clothes so i got a medium thinking it’d be tight and it was loose.. not too mad tho it’s still comfortable and actually helped with my back pain at work that that is dope

Ya get what ya pay for but just a heads up for the larger ladies like me, the spines are very weak and stab at my folds in my back, I got this to cover all that but it just bends into your rolls and hurts sooo bad after a couple hours, also the part your arms go through is definitely annoying for the pit area, rubs all day and gets so irritating

It’s a good faja but I’m just upset that the size chart isn’t correct! I’m 5’7 and weigh 180 and usually em a size XL but I think a L or a M would of been better! Now I have a big gap that folds out in my lower tummy that doesn’t even touch my skin even I’m sitting! I would return it but I’m not about to go for hours and make line at the mail! I was expecting it to fit because of the sizing chart and it should have been accurate!! So please size down!!! It’s stretchy very stretchy so not tight how is supposed to be! It looks like it would be good if it would of been the size it recommended.

It is very good material, I thought the straps were going to cut into my arms but it was very comfortable. I’m usually a size med-large but I took my measurements and the chart said small. Although I was skeptical about sizing considering others reviews, it fit perfectly. I could even close it all the way on the third row of hooks and get the zipper up all the way. The hook at the top of the zipper is a good touch and keeps everything feeling secure.Overall, good purchase and I recommend.

After reading the reviews I ordered a size smaller than I normally need but ended up returning it for a bigger size. Still was too small so ended up returning again and ordering again. It is nice though.
