This does make us easy to scrape chocolate in to the moulds as expected, but the way the handle connects to the scraper means it retains water during washing. This means additional air drying is needed to ensure 100% dry. It also makes me nervous about trapped debris in the handle. I’d have preferred it to be solid and moulded. Lost points for that I am afraid

This was purchased for table tempering of chocolate. It is a sturdy and professional piece of kit.

Have professional chocolate moulds, excellent chocolate from Belgium or Switzerland but needed something with a broader blade that would take a clean sweep over the mould top. This little beauty does the job, is easy to handle and easy to clean. The bonus is it is so nifty for lifting slabs of lemon tart or Apfel Strudel safely onto plates or into boxes

もう1サイズ大きなスクレーパーを使っていたが、少々大きすぎて使い難かった。今回のサイズが自分には丁度あっているようでとても使い易くて気に入っています。
