Only complaint is it was hard to find out if it fit my 6 cup cooker. It does but the model numbers don't show all cookers.

Works great! I have had the rice cooker for 3 years and suddenly the steam started leaking out the sides. I did some research and found that this ring should be replaced every now and then. I popped the old ring out and put this one in and it solved the steam leak issue.

My rice cooker was leaking steam all around the top! Changing the rubber rim fixed the problem right away. The cooker is working properly now. The price was also the same as going to the k-town in LA to get it. I will be buying this again from Amazon if I need to.

Product is good, it just took a long time to get it.

For a few months I could not figure out why my rice cooker was behaving funny. I replaced the ring and now my rice cooker is working like new again. This is an excellent product! Thank you!
