This was my first time trying matcha at home, but have had matcha at cafés aplenty before. Per serving, this already blows most of them out of the park in price and quality. What’s different about this matcha, it dissolves very easily and doesn’t leave behind a noticeable grit, *without sifting.* It’s sweetened with castor sugar, a reasonable amount at 4g/serve, and I much prefer “real sugar” to artificial sweeteners in terms of taste. Fairly bright green colour, grassy notes, and a more subtle taste without bitterness when prepared properly. The colour does get duller if stored in the sun, so store it properly. Pretty yummy matcha it’s not very strong “earthy” tasting as many complain matcha about. It has a slight vanilla ish taste. It’s a smooth matcha mix that tastes delicious and is good for anyone looking into trying it you’ll definitely love this!

It's not bitter, a bit sweet from sugar. Full matcha caffeine levels. Dissolves well. A great value as it isvquite affordable.

I really wanted to like this one, but I don't know if it's much better than the other brand I used before. I'd previously used the Jade Sweet Leaf Matcha Latte Mix, but it was also expensive. I thought I'd try something new, so I opted for this one.PROS:- Dissolves easily in hot water, no sugar crystals floating around; dissolves quicker than the other brand.- Sweet matcha as advertisedCONS:- Diluted flavor, not strong- Maybe too sweet?- Too expensive for the amount you need to get the right tasteThere was nothing wrong with the taste but it just felt like no matter how many servings of matcha mix I added, the milk still overpowered it. I tried 150ml of almond milk and 3-4 servings of matcha at one point, but it still wasn't enough. I barely got the matcha taste through at all. Now I know it's supposed to be a SWEET matcha, but if it's so sweet that you almost can't taste the matcha itself.. what's the point? I actually just tried to see how many servings I'd need to get the taste I'm looking for, and the answer is 5! FIVE. That's inconvenient price-wise and also doesn't save on calories. You'd also need less than a cup of milk so that the taste isn't diluted. After this, I'm thinking I'll just look for regular matcha mix and sweeten it myself.
