Honestly there is too much on DIM to even fit into a review. Just take it from me this stuff works for multiple life stages and situations. It has been a life saver for me through stages of menopause and for my young adult daughter through her difficult hormonal cycles. It is not estrogen or estrogen like - it helps your body appropriately metabolize estrogen. It does not carry the risks associated with taking estrogen or estrogen like substances including things like black cohosh. Very helpful supplement - you may not even realize how much until you stop taking it.
