Claims to be water cleanable are true
We have a cat that frequently vomits on our dining room chairs. This fabric is great, all I do is take them outside and spray them off with a hose. Even the stains that appear into the weave of the fabric wash right out without soap or scrubbing.

The fabric came in one long piece, and is textured and sturdy.
The fabric seems sturdy enough to withstand well used dining room seating.

Must check to make sure you like the color before ordering
Color of the fabric was not quite as I was envisioning. This may have been the fault of display on the computer. Quality seems ok. I ended up turning the product because I didn’t like the color though
