Q: Reflective vests will this fit people from size small to 3xl?

To answer your question, I put the vest on and then holding the waist band of the vest I extended my arms out and stretched the band as far as I could reach and the waist band still had stretch left in it. We wear ours over our heavy winter coats and are comfortable. I hope this helps. We are pleased with our purchase.

First off i would not call this a vest , more like suspenders , color is bright and yes it does have reflective stripes

It works very well in the dark when head lights hit the vest.
