Spring Loaded Latch Bolt
These were a bit smaller than I was originally looking for, but they worked perfectly for my application. They were easy to install and are easy to use.

Works are advertised, They are solid and the spring holds them up/down locked in place. You pull up and turn 45 degrees to lock them up. Pull down and turn back to put it back down. The install hardware is a bit light. Overall would buy again.

Should have done this a long time ago
I fastened these to the bottom of my shed/barn doors and they work great. Added security and practicality. I like them!
