This might just be the best thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon. I’ve only used it for two nights, and already my lower back pain is gone. I honestly can’t believe I waited so long to try something like this. As a side sleeper, I didn’t realize how much I needed proper lumbar support until now. The pillow is super comfortable and stays in place all night, even though I tend to move around a lot in my sleep. Total game changer!

This supports my spine in the right area for sleeping on my side. I have to sleep on my side - and since I've been using this I feel better. The top 2 inches of our mattress is memory foam and for my back it is a little soft for my back. This is comfortable and I use it every night. I am so glad this was recommended to me. It's helped me a lot. I seems like really good quality and will last a very long time.

I got this for my workspace, not to sleep on, so I cannot speak to sleeping on this. I hurt my back shoveling snow this winter and I needed a bit of a soft cushion. This is perfect for that and I like that I can also take it in the car if I need to. The firmness feels perfect now, so as it compresses, it may need to be replaced quicker than I'd like, but I can't be sure that will be the case. However, I'd happily order another one, which speaks to how much it helps my poor back.

Useless for ME. I could see it lacked build as soon as it was taken out of the package. I gave it 24 hours to “fluff up”, to no avail. I purchased this to help alleviate pain from SI dysfunction in my lower back. I was hoping to get a little bit of support pursuant to an upcoming spine fusion. Not to make the pain go away (which is why I am having surgery). I just wanted something to help align my back when sleeping on my side. I had been using a rolled up bath towel.Other reviewers complain of an unpleasant smell. The item did have a faint chemical aroma but not bad enough to make a difference. The main problem that I found was its total lack of support build. If the added pads are removed, you’re left with NOTHING except a pillowcase! Even folding it in half doesn’t help. After I return this, if I can’t find another pillow, I will just go back to my rolled towel.UPDATE: This company has an amazing response time for complaints, immediately reaching out to me. For me, customer service behind a product is key.Although this pillow was not a good fit for me, other consumers with a lot less lumbar issues may like this one. I bought it because of its extra pads. My spine has significant degenerative issues due to systemic lupus. If you use ALL of the pads rather than just one or two, you will get satisfactory lumbar support.

I have been using various covered foam rolls for years but this is SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE!!! I wish I had tried this years ago! The contour is much easier on the ribs and/or hips! You can adjust the thickness as there is a zipper ( I added some folded hand towels after a couple of weeks but you can buy inserts if you are fussy or require special softness. ) Totally happy! It tends to stay put due to the under side of the cover. WONDERFUL! THANK YOU!

🤩I’ve used this to support under my knee, below my achilles tendon for stretching and behind my lower back at night when I sleep.My knee surgery brace basically requires me to sleep on my back but I have a 🍑”soccer booty” that’s big enough I require support in my lower back but some nights I’m in a sitting position & others I’m almost laying flat so I needed a pillow that had inserts to accommodate that.👍👍 Adjustable height/thickness bc of the inserts❣️👍👍 After removing the two inserts, it creates a dip so the sides hold me in place better.👍👍 The inserts have a smooth fabric liner over them. 👌👍👍Quality foam & exterior fabric that’s soft.👉 I don’t think that washing this is a good idea because foam products seem to morph and disfigure one submerged in water and especially so when submerged in soapy water.

I have degenerative disc disease in my lower back which leads to problems with my piriformis muscle and left hip pain. Being a side sleeper I've tried various pillows and different ways of sleeping and wake up with lower back and hip pain.My lumbar pillow arrived yesterday and last night was my first time using it. It was so comfortable and didn't feel like anything was under my side. It's wide enough that when I rolled over there were no problems with it moving or shifting positions.This morning was the first time in a very long time that I awoke without the stiffness in my lower back or twinges of pain in my hip. I highly recommend.

I used this for the first time last night and knew right away it was going move around on the sheets. I thought it would stay mostly in place however it did not. It's comfy...I'm planning on taking it to my office and using it on my chair instead.
