I used to buy the $50 Plantronics, but once they were out of stock, I found this one. I believe the sound quality is about the same, and it's smaller. I've lost a couple and bought more, because they're half the price of the ones I used to buy.

I used the plantronics 50 for years, but they stopped making it. So I had to find a new one. This one is easy to answer a call and is comfortable, but hard to voice dial. The buttons to voice dial and mute are on one side (it's one button that toggles up or down) and its hard to manipulate it. The worst thing about it is it turns itself on when I have it off, especially when it's in a pocket or even purse. Lately, when I make sure to turn it off, it turns itself on when just laying on a table. So I can't answer a call using my phone. I say hello, realize the Bluetooth is on, have to go to the call screen, turn it off, then say hello again. I won't buy another one of these.

This is an excellent product. The sound quality is good. It has longer battery life than any Bluetooth headset I have had. It holds the connection for the entire length of the house and sometimes it works through the floors. Yesterday, I went to take out the trash and it held the signal through a brick wall. The female voice that tells you it is connected actually speaks fluent English.

I ordered this because of the reviews , but it is not worth it , it does stay connected keeps dropping the calls so you can bearly talk cause every few minutes the call gets dropped just not worth it , there is also an echo in the background . It is nice and loud if it worked but it's tough talking to people when you have to constantly keep calling back cause of dropped calls .

Es perfecto porque cuando llaman por teléfono y está conectado no se necesita contestar desde el teléfono simplemente se presiona un boton y se contesta, al igual que cuando se está escuchando música se presiona el boton y se pone en pausa o si está en pausa se presiona el boton y se puede seguir escuchando música
