Update after 2months use: The discomfort has gone after the stiffness on the headset has subsided. The battery backup is good more than 3 days even after sufficient use. The range is also good across 3 rooms, and the noise cancellation works great. Rating it back to 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can only give this headset 1 star, and it's solely because of the discomfort while wearing it. The headset causes significant pain on the outer ear after just 20 minutes of use. This makes it unusable for long calls or extended wear. I've been using professional headsets for over 15 years—including Jabra Evolve series, Logitech Zone, and other well-known brands—and have never experienced this kind of discomfort. This was my first Poly purchase, and sadly, it’s a letdown. That said, the product does have some strengths: Ear Comfort: ★☆☆☆☆ (0 stars if I could) Build Quality: ★★★★★ Sound Quality: ★★★★★ Charging Stand: ★★★★★ (Very comfortable, charges as well as holds it well) Microphone: ★★★★★ Battery backup: ★★★★☆ Noise Cancellation: ★★★★★ (Note: MS Teams also contributes heavily to noise suppression) Charging Port: ★★★★★ (Type C + Charging stand connectors) Poly Lens App: ★★★★★ (Clearly shows the status of charging, software versions, updates etc.) Despite its impressive performance in almost all technical aspects, the lack of comfort is a deal-breaker for me, especially in a work-from-home or office setup.

I always work from home and have used a lot of other headphones for meetings and customer always complain about background noise or my kid crying in the back and I was desperate for a good headphones then I found these after watching lot of reviews online I decided to buy them and they are fantastic, noise cancelling is so good that I can’t explain. Great product for online meetings clear sound no distractions… great value for working from home professionals!!!

Amazing for video calls. Other person can't hear any noise. If the noise is too loud at my end then in very rare case other person hears very low noise compared to my voice. Even dog barking next to me doesn't interfere with the call. I had to put small cushion on boom mic to help Better with wind noise. After that covering its even better. Will attach pics after some time

Hi I didnt get the charger stand. Its missing. Its written that its with charger but the package was open and its missing.

Works seamlessly as described n the battery n noise cancellation is simply perfect.

This is really nice, coming with charger stand, comfortable and clear sound.

Like: Not extremely comfortable, but it's okay to wear for long hours. Good microphone and easy to manage calls. Dislike: Passive noise cancellation could be better. Sound quality is meihh..

There is no noice cancellation if i use it under a fan. Also the audio on the headphones is too low.

Ce produit est bien mais au bout de deux heures j'ai trop chaud aux oreilles. J'imagine pas utiliser ce produit en été.

Un buon compendio per le comunicazioni via softphone, in particolare Microsoft Teams. Buona la connettività Bluetooth e il livello dell'audio. Integrazione dei comandi con il PC migliorabile. Funziona anche con il mio iPhone ed è possibile collegare contemporaneamente entrambi i dispositivi, alternandone l'ascolto. La base di ricarica si collega ad una presa USB-C e serve anche per configurare ed aggiornare il firmware delle cuffie, tramite l'applicazione per PC Poly Lens. Di fabbrica è selezionata la lingua inglese, ma dall'applicazione è possibile installare la lingua italiana.

Muy cómodos y funcionales

I like that I can get up and walk around while I’m on a call. The people on the other end say I sound. I like I speak much quieter now but is still easily heard. Sound quality is very good. Bought the stand which is a charger. Battery life is good but I’m not on it all day. Very comfortable for longer calls but I wonder if I could wear this all day. I just don’t know that one, but if I had to be on a really long call I’d be happy knowing I had this.

i have been using them for a month and they work very well, the battery life is great, rage very good and also super comfortable, f you are on teams all the time then this set is a very good investment.
