I bought these to snack on being good for you. Not recommended with dentures these are hard! Persevered so soaked in water better 2 days later they wanted to grow boy did they want to grow. I love the taste adding fenugreek to my curries in powder form gives it a nice flavour. This pack is good value arrived on time in good contition
