Comfortable
This is a straight forward wedge. It’s comfortable. I use it for sleeping on my back whilst in bed as lying on my side was giving me hip pain. I was surprised how quickly I adapted to using this wedge. However, I do use a rolled up towel under my legs to stop me slipping down the wedge during the night.
