…was not a direct replacement for my regular use of granulated sugar especially when using my usual sugar in baking/cooking etc.I did find it was useful to add sweetness to my bowl of winter porridge and, once I had worked out precise amounts, on my alternative morning bowl of cereal. Unlike some other reviewers I wasn’t so sure that this was a 1 for 1 equivalent for granulated sugar however as I don’t use much caster sugar I cannot really argue with those who do use caster sugar and found it did suit their taste buds.In tea and coffee I found I needed to experiment a little to get an acceptable alternative taste result.Clearly there are potential health benefits from the zero calorie content resulting from the fact that this specially crafted sweetener is made with Erythritol, stevia leaf extract and acacia gum.Equally, as is claimed, it is probably ideal for those on keto, vegan or gluten-free diets. Great sugar substitute for keto and diabetic diets

Baking goes hard on the outside when using this product although the inner texture was good. I won't be buying again.

A great alternative to sugar

Great no calorie replacement for sugar in cooking or baking. It has a similar texture to sugar and is a one for one replacement for sugar. Tastes great with no after taste. Used to make sugar free pecan ice cream it was lovely.
