Shaded Trails All Natural Crunchy Dog Treats 8 oz - Vegan & Grain Free (Peanut Butter & Banana)

The treats arrived yesterday - and I frankly just put them with the other treats for my spoiled golden. My husband took Mister out for a walk and he grabbed a few of these treats (they are decent sized). They both came back home thrilled about these yummy treats!! My husband said "Mister loves these things! These are the best treats yet!!". The don't stink and they don't break apart and best of all they seem to "digest" well!

First bought these treats at the Vegfest in Orange County, CA. My dogs loved them and then I found that I could order them on Amazon. They seem to really like the Banana and Peanut Butter ones. My 24 year old son decided to try one, and he said they weren't sweet (like we would expect a cookie) but they weren't bad. He hasn't started growing a tail and barking so I think they are human grade!

These are my dogs favorite treats. I love the clean ingredients too. They smell much better than they taste though as we've tried them ourselves haha a little bland for people :)We have two king charles cavalier spaniels and these treats are the biggest we'd give them so if you have a smaller breed you may need to break them in half.

I've never written a negative review before, but I feel like this product is potentially dangerous. Maybe I got a stale or bad batch, I don't know. I tried to break the treat into smaller pieces, because they're a bit on the larger side, but I physically couldn't and I'm pretty strong. I tried smashing it with a bottle, still didn't break. I went ahead and gave it to my dog, but being a dog he didn't chew it well and it got stuck. He's an 18 pound dog, so it shouldn't have been oversized for him, but the treat is like a brick. He literally fell over choking. He was able to get it down and seems fine, but it was scary. I fear a smaller dog could die in a similar situation. Unless you're certain your dog will crunch these into small bits I would stay away. No one else seemed to have these issues, but I definitely did, don't know why. I'm going to have to try using a hammer to get small pieces, or throw them away. The dog does seem to like the taste.

We've been buying this product for years and our dogs love them. I like that they are all-natural ingredients so I don't have to worry about any harsh additives or chemicals. They are easy to break apart if you want to feed your dog smaller portions, which comes in hand for small-breed dogs.

I will add shaded Trails to my list of healthy dog treats….. also, the smell of the treats in the bag sayhomemade!

My boy has lots of allergies to foods and these are wonderful for him and the both love the taste!

Loved the idea but the dog refused to touch them.
