These are hopefully the last electronic soap dispensers we will need! I will update this in 6 months or so but for now will highlight why I like them almost months in (bought 3...two for baths, 1 for the kitchen and considering one more for our 1/2 bath ).... Love the fact that they are rechargeable. We went through two other types and they chew through batteries and failed within a year. It's important to know that this review is based on the FOAMING version. I originally purchased 2 foaming and 1 gel type...I returned the gel type and replaced it with the foaming type because they worked better and now we will only need one type of re-fill. Although it worked when thinned a bit with water, the foam types work so much better. The unit comes with a 39" charging cable, which allows flexibility to place it anywhere on your vanity or backsplash while being in reach of a receptacle when it comes time to charge it. BUT...these can also be lifted from their mounting tabs and brought closer to a receptacle if needed. We have them almost over a month and they are still at 98% (they have a very convenient charge level indicator that displays when you momentarily press the power button). Our receptacles with built-in USB ports make it even easier. Even if it was removed from tile, the adhesive mounting tab would most likely not adhere very well a second time. The dispensers themselves lift-off the mounts and replace easily for refilling, cleaning etc. The sensor isn't too easily triggered and only dispenses when your hand is placed immediately under the unit. At that time, the room temperature displays for a few seconds as well - not really sure why that would be needed, but it's there. So far, we have no issues with soap leaking out and find that you can clean the counter below it without activating it. Another nice feature is the ability to control how much soap is dispensed each time. We find the "2" setting is sufficient with 1 being the most. The only thing we wish were different...The choice of ring colors. You can choose the case color (white, black, green, etc.) but you cannot choose the ring color - They should make it a neutral silver or no color at all (match the case color). It is a goldish color which I'm not a big fan of. Other than that, we are very satisfied with the dispensers. In true fashion, I will be sure to update this after some time. Updated most current review: The manufacturer reached out with a replacement and was very quick in replacing it. I am very satisfied with the soap dispenser and haven't had any issues with it. It's a good design and works wonderfully. I like that it has taken off 1 thing from my counter. I would just caution with a few things - use the right kind of soap and if you are leaving for vacation and then switch it off I was so excited to install this hands free soap dispenser and the kids had an easy time using it bit the soap dispenser stopped working suddenly after a few days Updated: 9/11/24 The customer service reached out to me to help troubleshoot the issue and sent me a replacement. I am satisfied with the customer service.

I wanted to like this automatic foam soap dispenser because the design is modern and hands-free dispensing is convenient, especially for bathrooms and kids. Unfortunately, performance issues made it difficult to rely on for daily use. Pros: The dispenser looks sleek and minimal on the counter and the touchless concept is hygienic and appealing. When it works, it dispenses foam neatly and helps reduce mess compared to traditional pumps. Setup is straightforward, and the unit is lightweight. Cons: The main problem is reliability. The sensor frequently fails to detect hands or dispenses inconsistently, even after adjusting placement and distance. Foam output is unpredictable—sometimes too little, sometimes none at all. Over time, it required frequent troubleshooting, which defeats the purpose of a hands-free dispenser. Battery life also seems shorter than expected. Overall: While the idea and design are good, inconsistent performance makes this hard to recommend. A soap dispenser needs to work every time, and this one fell short in reliability.

It esthetically pleasing, space saving, product saving (it can be adjusted to put out the right amount every time), and every visitor to my bathroom has been in awe of it (much to my pride). Unfortunately, after almost a year of every day use, it clogged up. Just like the manufacturer recommended, I poured in warm water and tried dredging; but it stopped working. I tried dredging every time I walked past it for days after. Eventually, I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement. But, I think I got a lemon because right out of the box it did not work. I tried dredging but that did not work. Luckily, I had made a video of the entire thing. I sent that to the seller and they promptly refunded me. Now I’m off to order another one. I love this gadget so much that I’m willing to keep trying until I get one that works.

In general this dispenser works fine. The reason for only 4 stars is that its tank is pretty small. About 1/3 - 1/4 of the size of other dispensers so you need to fill it much more often. Also, the rose gold bezel on the white model should be chrome - seriously! That is a very rare finish for a bathroom feature that is typically chrome. Here are the pros: - simple and elegant design. - simple menu functions - easy to program - adjustable volume settings - my kids love the clock (personally, I can't care less... it's like a clock on a toothbrush or something...) Cons: - Needs drilling to install, an adhesive version would be nice - Installation uses a single silicon hook contact that makes stability feel flimsy when touched for adjustment - Tank cover doesn't seal 100% so don't ever turn it up-side-down - Very small tank Regardless, I bought two of them and I am happy with both

This hand soap dispenser is an excellent product of great quality and very practical design. It works perfectly, dispensing the right amount of soap smoothly without dripping or clogging. The material feels strong and durable, giving confidence that it will last a long time even with daily use. It is very easy to refill and clean, and its modern look fits beautifully in both the bathroom and kitchen. Since using it, my sink area looks more organized and cleaner. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and high-quality soap dispenser.

I agree with other customers. I had my unit for 2 years and it stopped working for no reason. The motor seems to have stopped. Was careful to not immerse it in water. Used the recommended soap to water ratio. Everything worked fine until recently. I bought a total of 3 units all at once. This is the first one to stop working. Tried all the troubleshooting options but nothing fixed the problem.

Worth the money. I’m buying one for my guest bathroom too. It feels super light straight out of the box so I could see why people say it feels “cheap” but it’s meant to be hung up, and I’m happy it’s light weight. Once it’s hung up I’m not touching it anyway so it looks high quality. The temperature is a few degrees off but the display turns off to help with battery life, so no real complaints with that just something to note. Holds a good amount of soap, I DON’T feel like I’m refilling it all the time. A little large, but honestly if it was smaller people would complain about refilling it all the time. I almost went 4 months without charging it and it was at 93% however I did choose to plug it in due to what seemed like less soap pumping out. Motion detector works great, no complaints. Refilling is super easy, I just keep it mounted, but it’s easy enough to slide up and off the mount to refill and clean.
