Great!
Bought these for a friend of mine. She uses them for pain relief and this is the only brand she will use.

Super Medicated!
Use: When I go running I have knee and lower back pain. I needed something a little stronger than Salonpas.Likes:* This is a great value for the money.* It does a good job dulling the aches and pains.Dislikes:* Can be painful if you get water on the spots where the pads made contact. You may want take the pads off long before you shower and maybe rub alcohol on the areas where the pads were.* Like most pads for me, my pain points are low back and knees. For my knees, that adhere only because I am using compression pads when I go running. For my back, it doesn't fully come off but it does loosen due to sweating.Summary:I think it's good product. It might be too medicated for some people because it can cause a burning sensation when coming in contact with water after the pads have been removed.Even with the pad not sticking to make back when I am sweating and running, I can remove it and still feel it's numbing affects. I'd buy it again.

These suck
Have used tiger balm for years and have always love their products. These simply DO NOT STICK!!!!!!!!!! And there is no option to return…. Waste of money buy the product elsewhere. The Tiger bomb patches with the holes in them actually will stick and they stick well.

They itch, but they work!
I generally use Salon Pas for occasional back pain and get some relief. I tried these and I was amazed. I was sleeping on an unsuitable bed and my back was bothering me. I put one of these on and within a half hour, I forgot I had back pain! There was still some stiffness, but exercise took care of that. I gave a couple to my mom, who had arthritis in her back. She was able to stand to straight again. She still had minor pain, but they worked better than anything else she had tried. Two things. There's a paper cover over the medicinal portion. Make sure you remove that or you'll be wearing this thing around for two days thinking they don't work. I wish there was some indication on the paper cover. If you've never tried them, it's an easy mistake to make. Also, they itch. I'm generally sensitive to adhesives, but it's mostly the medicine itself that itches. My mom had the same effect. I think it's worth it for the relief from back pain.

NOT tiger balm! NO capsaicin
It my own fault for just ordering after searching for “tiger balm” and then seeing packaging that looks similar to tiger balm. Their copycat advertising got me. It’s also not refundable. It does NOT have capsaicin which is what sets tiger balm patches apart from every other pain relief patch. So if you are good with just menthol - help yourself, this is a good deal. But if you are looking for tiger balm - this is not it.

Works Great
The stick very securely, you can feel it start working. You can wear this as long as suggested and they remove easily.

The design and usability are excellent
The product was effective for pain relief and because it was a little thicker it was not difficult for me to place it on my back in the right location by myself. Some other products were too flimsy and would buckle up when I tried to place them on my back.
