When first turned on it was making a loud scraping sound. I had to loosen the screws around the base to stop. It no longer makes the scraping sound, but is not at all quiet. As far as I can tell it works well. My Xbox One seems to be staying cool. I like the way it sits on top with Lego style legs to hold it in place. Also like that it's USB & can plug into back of console.

Very quiet operation of the fan. Happy that it helps to keep the xbox cooler to. Over all a good product.

I'm so annoyed with this. I bought a different cooling system made by Nyko from Amazon already for my Xbox One S to find it was only for Xbox One, not One S. Whatever. That's on me for not questioning it on the product page, I guess. So I went and bought this as a replacement for nearly $14. I was so pumped to find it because all the other Xbox One S cooling systems require you have your Xbox standing up vertically which I hate. I just wanted a cooling system to keep my console cool and dust-free like the Nyko one I have for my Xbox 360. Simple enough, right? The item finally arrived today after being out of stock for awhile (and still is as I write this). No wonder they're not getting any more! This thing came with absolutely no instructions on how to connect it, just the box advertising that it has "easy clip-on installation." It plugs into the USB port just fine and turns on and off easily which they listed, but that's about all it matches up to. The cooling system is mucher smaller than the product pictures imply, it's a totally different shade of white from the console which makes it an eyesore, it is noisy, and it does not clip on to the system no matter how I try it (I promise you I'm doing it right). Almost more frustrating is the fact that this thing blows out hot air. Yes, that is the purpose of the product--when it is connected to the system and doing its job. I turned it on, totally unconnected to the Xbox vents and not near anything warm, and it was generating and blowing out hot air on its own! I was so excited for this thing and now I want nothing but to get it away from me. If this thing ever comes back into stock, don't waste your money on it! Wait for Nyko to come out with one that actually does its job.

Slick design and stays in place.

It color matched my Xbox fantastic and worked flawlessly but after about 15 hrs of use, the fan started making a grinding noise. I thought it was dust at first, gently blew it off but the noise got worse and worse... I really likes it before it failed so fast :(

Works great and easy to use.

On ~off touch button didn’t operate properly and unit over heated my console due to fan not being able to activate

Absolutely brilliant for the money, it does what it is meant to do and that is keep my Xbox One S cool and it looks good too!!!
