I've never really been blown away by my Klipsch Promedia THX 2.1 computer speakers. I mean, they're not bad, but they honestly didn't sound much different from any other PC speakers I've had. Then I read that alot of PC speakers sound better when elevated to ear level, and whaddya know - propping the speakers up on two rolls of toilet paper totally made the sound clearer with more separation. Lifehack!Of course, two rolls of toilet paper on the desk looks kinda bad, so I figured I'd upgrade to actual speaker stands eventually. Unfortunately, most desktop speaker stands seem way too expensive for what they are - cheap pieces of metal or plastic. These ones from Kanto were the perfect combination of size and price. Plus I like that now the speakers are elevated, I can put more stuff under them, since my desk is always messy and I need to maximize every piece of space possible.*Note* Not sure if these actually "fit" the Klipsch THX Promedia - I was too lazy to disassemble the metal feet on the speakers, so I basically just left the feet on and put them on top of these stands. They don't look too weird and the rubber pad means they won't just slide off and fall some day.

This thing combines portability with actual strength. I can put a laptop like a 16" Lenovo Legion on it, and it holds it like a champ. Most won't hold much more than a Dell XPS or MacBook like laptop. Would buy again.

Feels sturdy and heavy enough to not slide around easily while using speaker controls. Keeps the speakers at listening height and eliminates any chance of vibrations.

Great build quality, paint lasts and the design is clean and minimalistic.

It lifted and angled my speakers to a much better listening position. Getting the speaker off the desktop improved the sound quality, sound staging and imaging. Added extra anti-vibration pads to improve even more clarity.

It has that opening gap in the front, my mousepad lays on the the bottom of the stands, and I don't have to worry about my mouse bumping the speaker anymore.

This is our opinion, others have had different; we are a real paying customer, not a free product review, etc.1. Aesthetically pleasing2. Cut the small end pieces to allow a tighter fit3. You can bend them to decrease the angleThere are way too many options out there, super happy we came across these, highly recommend as you can DIY to make these work for nearly every set up.
