I bought this product in July and by August one of the plug stop working and it's gone pass the retune policy.

Got these when they were on offer. Didn't expect too much but the sound quality is actually pretty excellent. Battery life is outstanding.Mic sound quality on calls is not great at all.Would buy again if I lost them.

During black Friday week 2020, I brought these for my daughter. She absolutely loves them. After a quick try I was so impressed that I purchased a set for myself (unfortunately not at the great price Amazon had them at during black Friday).They are light and comfortable, they are more stable in the ears than the set of Anker soundcore, I got again during 2020's black Friday event. Pairing was really easy with Android devices and the connection is very stable with both Samsung and Google phones. Much better than either my B&O E8 or Anker Soundcore earbuds.The sound quality is also really good, especially at this price point, they totally beat the Aker Soundcore's, also they are slightly better than the Jaybird vista's I have (although with the app you have a much greater ability to change the sound profile of the Vista's but this is also a minus as it take a long time to tune and save different profiles), they are not far off my B&O E8 3rd gen earbuds which cost £300 and the Soundpeats are way more comfortable and stay in the ear better than the B&O or the Anker Soundcore's.I saw one scathing review, must have been really unlucky as both the pairs I received were great and nearly a year on both still work flawlessly. They are made of plastic but so is every other pair of earbuds I have, I would not say the build quality feels really good, it does not feel any less quality than my B&O E8's, Jaybird Vista's, Anker Soundcore's or the pair of Samsung Galaxy buds live that came with my phone. Yes I have an problem with addiction in regards to purchasing headphones and earbuds.

Up until now I’ve been an air pods kind of person, but I seen these on the daily deal and thought why not, best £15 I’ve ever spent great quality highly recommend even when they are full price totally worth it!

Good battery life. Good quality. Sound is very good on these.
