After trying everything to get relief (thoracic back injury causing 3 fractured vertebrae ... then surgery, PT, massage, accupuncture, arrosti, tai chi, stretching, ice/heat, strength training, you name it) nothing took away the intense muscle cramps/severe pain that I have after standing or sitting at a computer for 2-3 hours. I finally have to manage the pain by sitting or lying down for 30 minutes to get relief. I've used tens machines in the past but it was so irritating to be all wired up. I researched further and discovered this vpod tens/ems unit and JUST LOVE IT. It is so easy to use. Once, I accidentally walked away from my cell phone (the app) by about 50 feet and the unit kept working! I can finally do housework, projects, etc. without having to take a break every 2 hours. This unit works well. When it is not as sticky, I simply dab a little TENSIVE gel on the unit and it stays completely conductive. I am so happy and pain free when I use it ~ it's nice to have a little relief when I need to keep going!!

I used to go to the chiropractor and spend half an hour wearing the TENS unit on my shoulders and lower back…it was my favorite part of the visit. Now I’m able to stay at home and get the same results! I got a single unit with round pads and ordered the large pads separately. It’s fully controlled through my phone and set up was easy.Pros:- Virtually limitless settings that allow you to adjust the type of stimulation as well as the intensity. I like it pretty intense on my shoulders and had no problem finding a combination that was just right.- Because it’s wireless, I was able to walk around if I needed to.- Pads are reusable although I haven’t gotten a sense of how often they can be reapplied.Cons:- Virtually limitless combinations means it takes a lot of trial and error to find your right combination.- You need to purchase multiple units to treat more than one area at a time. Even with the large butterfly-shaped pads, you can only do one shoulder or side of your back at a time because they cannot be placed across your spine.

First off I should let you know that I have chronic back pain and sciatic pain for which have sought relief through lots of therapeutic exercises, techniques, disciplines, for nearly two decades. Some things work for a while whilst others don’t at all. Tens units works but the cords are the worst, hence why I looked for something without and it brought me to VPod almost four years ago. These work like a champ. So I bought a second for when the battery wears out and needs to charge up I swap them out. Or sometimes you need two pads going at the same time.The pads need replacing about every two weeks if you regularly and always shower before use. I use it for days or weeks as buy back flares up.In the end, the pads unit is only effective if it placed in the correct position. If you don’t know research it or experiment, but NEVER put them on your face, neck or groin areas.My only feedback would be that it would nice to allow longer than 60 minutes at a time.

However, in my experience, it fell a bit short on the power front.While it wasn't strong enough for my needs, others may find it perfectly adequate for their pain levels. It's always important to remember that everyone's pain experience is different, and what works for one person might not work for another.Overall, I think the POD has potential, especially for those who prefer a gentle approach to TENS therapy or mild pain. If you're looking for something more powerful, though, you might want to consider other options.

PROSLove the bluetooth interface with my phone. Very ease to set up.CONSThe module attaches to the electrode pad easily enough on a flat surface. But pops off as soon as I try and place it on a slightly curved body surface (in my case my calf). I solved this problem by using two conventional electrode pads in a "butterfly" pattern.

I absolutely adore this VPOD! I do a lot of working out and heavy, lifting and have developed a lot of muscle soreness, and even a really bad case of sciatica over the years. For years, I’ve been using a TENS machine to help provide a little bit of relief.I would always get frustrated with having a bunch of wires draped all around my body and the big device sitting in my lap. I couldn’t do anything else while I was using the machine. A friend of mine told me about the VPOD being a completely wireless tens machine so I decided to try it out. This thing works just as good, if not better than my old machine that cost four times as much. Even better than that there are no wires involved. I can use this on my back after a day of heavy, lifting, and even do the dishes or housecleaning while I wear it.The device is so small and the ability to control it through my phone is a huge plus. I know a couple of friends and family that are getting these as Christmas gifts now.

customer Service is terrible. no help they tex back saying its there just look. well not on app store or using there QR code. QR is the only thing that locats but states it is not avalible in your country but they are selling it in the US on there Site and on Amozon. Its been over a Week and they still have this Item fore Sale. there is no way to operate the unit with out the app that they cant supply. oh but it may come Soon

I love this little machine. It is wireless and simply snaps on to the electrode pad that is the right size for my body part. There are so many options for power and massage on it, 24 different massage modes. The nice thing is you can start it off at 1 power where you barely feel it, then increase it until it is the right amount. When you change to a different massage, it defaults back to 1 power so it doesn't come across too powerful until you are ready for more power. I am going to get a lot of use of this for every ache and pain!
