All six leg "stretchers" that connect the legs at the bottom were missing. Box had been opened and retaped numerous times and it was obvious parts had been taken out of padding/packaging and then put back in the box haphazardly. No doubt I wasn't the first person to buy the two chairs in this box.

These stools were very easy to assemble I read the reviews and was very concerned about getting them cause I knew I would be the one putting together together but they were very easy just don’t tighten until you get all the screws in, makes it so much easier. Sits very comfortable just love the choices I made for buying them.

These stools are comfortable and look very nice. I did have an issue with a screw that would not hold and contacted customer service. I communicated my issue to the Representative Della who was very helpful. Della sent pictures of the part I needed to be sure it was correct and had the part shipped. Thanks to Della I'm happy with this choice of stools.

These chairs are just ok. I like them, but nothing to get excited about. The assembly directions kinda sucked and there were a few missing washers. I purchased 4 of these and 2 of the four chairs are wobbley. They are sturdy chairs, but they are just not even on the floor. They are very light-weight.

The chairs are packed well. Very nice! No missing parts. Directions are very easy to read and understand. After putting one chair together I didn’t have to refer to the directions again until I put the spreader pieces on the legs. Everything was labeled well. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the musty smell. It stunk up my entire house even after I removed all of the packaging from my home. I’m hoping the smell dissipates from the chairs.
