Wrong description and not returnable.
It says draw strings for bottom closure but it's hooks. Product is a lil tight from thighs compared to the size description. Also got to know after buying that it starts to bubble up after 2-3washes. No matter what it's not returnable. Also no help from seller or Amazon.
