To my surprise, their customer service could not have been better. They replied right away and shipped me a brand new pad at no cost, without making me jump through any hoops. The leather feels rich and sturdy, with just the right amount of softness under my hands. The thickness gives it a really solid feel on the desk and it stays perfectly flat. I must say, this is really high quality thick leather and it looks beautiful on my executive desk. I love the leather smell too! This has got to be the best desk mat I have ever bought. Well worth it.

I suffer from glare issues and I have a pine wood colored desk at work so I was looking for a professional looking solution to cover my desk area in a darker color. This fit the bill nicely. It's real leather (smells just like walking into a leather store) and seems well crafted. The surface is smooth and doesn't have that textured leather grain to it--it comes rolled so I do feel some minor "wrinkling" from where the leather was stretched a teeny bit from being rolled, but its not a big deal. It feels substantial enough in thickness to be durable, but not so thick that it adds too much bulk to your desk surface.. The Kona color is like a warm chocolate color. It came in a drawstring bag so it was easy for me to bring to my office from home, and also comes with a little tray you create using snaps and a coaster which I have been using on top of the surface in case drink condensation would damage the mat (it doesn't seem to affect the coaster so far but I've only been using it for a week). My only complaints would be the very minor wrinkling (thought that may smooth out over time), that the color names don't actually describe the color (if you asked me what color "Kona" was with no reference, I would have no clue!), and I wish they only come 32"x16" and 31"x15" sizes. I would love a longer one--I've seen others that are 36"x17" but this one was real leather and the cost was good so I went with a little smaller.

I love this real leather desk mat. I was a little nervous because of some of the negative reviews, but this real leather desk mat looks and feels great. My mouse glides across it effortlessly. It did have a strong smell to the first day but when I went to work the next morning the smell was gone. It does not scratch easily from what I have experienced. It is real leather so if it does, I can just rub it with some leather conditioner. Worth the price.

I bought this product 4 months ago, and it still looks like new. Still smooth for the mouse. I love this product, and I love the people who produced it. Elizo cares about you and treats you well. I had on issue, and they went beyond to make me happy. And they did. I wanted to write this earlier, but didn't have the chance until now. Not only do I love this product's quality, but it actually goes perfectly with my leather watch strap. So I use the coaster it came with and place my Mobvoi Atlas watch with a badalassi wax cognac watch strap, on the corner of the mat on top of the coaster to add to the aesthetic - with a wooden wrist rests for the keyboard and mouse which compliments the leather. The leather looks so nice, I would never put an actual drink on the coaster, LOL! Thank you Elizo, for helping me give my desktop a manly look. I love it. Highly recommend doing business with these folks. Quality product, and quality service. Full stars.

The sewing is very poor. The color is only superficial and many tears will appear just by sliding normal desk stationary on it. I absolutely don't recommend this product.
