Q: Can i use this for a 3d mould candle or is it going to fall apart is this close to the 916 you offer

I would recommend BW 921 for pillars and molds.

Q: What temp is right for adding dye blocks to it?

I added color around 160/165 and it was color fast.

Q: Instructions? to make candles or wax melts. heat to what temperature:? add fragrance at what temperature:?

This product can be used for cut and carve candles. Melting point is 127F. Typical temperature for adding fragrance is around 175F.
