I've been wearing this brace every day at work and it's helped immensely. I sit and stand equally and my posture was bad. The first 2 days of wearing this brace was a little painful, but that's because my spine wasn't used to how it was supposed to be aligned. On day 3/4 I noticed just how much my posture was beginning back to normal. The base of my neck would still get a little stiff, but that was natural. Now, I can't not where when at work. My back is like, "Hey now! Where's that support?!" lol.One of the best purchases I've made.

This works. It doesn't do the work for you, it just encourages better posture. I wear it most days and my posture is better now with our without it.The only thing I wish were better would be odor control and lower profile.The straps are always in your pits, so they get stinky. Maybe the high end ones have odor control fabric.You can definitely see the device when it's being worn.It would be nice if it were lower profile.

unable to work the straps. Straps are long so i am unable to configure it to work well on my back issue. i can not recommend this product

Barely even does anything to my back I can almost guarantee bungie cords would would do a better job. Very happy I wasted my money.

Over all it's works good but it hurts your armpits after 45 minutes

This product actually hurt under my arms and there was not much back support at all

It rubs under my armpits. The shape of it cuts into the corner where arm and shoulder meet.

I would not recommend as it rides up on your neck so save your money
