as others noted do not tighten completely until ALL screws are started- also good to have a T-Hex driver to finish up installation.Looks good in patio and outside- will see how it holds up over time as resign straps are thin, but held my weigh without issue.nice unit.

Not a high end product but adequate. You get what you pay for. One of the chairs did have one leg shorter than the other which I had to glue a 1/2" plastic piece to the leg which was irritating. Fairly sturdy, but don't expect this set to last years. Cushions are about 2 inches thick.

I mean, you get what you pay for. Its great for the price.

This is just what I needed--an inexpensive but great looking little set for outside. Maybe it will last only a year or three, but it was easy and clean and I really like it. And the cost was about 75% off the brand name versions.

Nice small set. Customer service is GREAT. Needed a small part replacement and had it in 3 days. Seems like they care what you think about their products. If you have a small spot for a small set— this is it.

I am liking my set. Cushions are a bit thin but i love my set... Added some toss pillows for color to match the dining set and i now have additional seating i needed and looks very nice

Little comples tp put together if you have no skills or tools. I had it together in about an hour. Super comfortable and is holding up well after a month in the back yard!!
