Q: Size chart is confused. 11 inches_ in bust_---is a small doll. What size should di buy for a 22 inches around chest area!

They are measuring the dress laying flat, on just the front. This is how alot of retailers show measurements. So if you times it by 2 to take into account the back of the dress, you get 22". The one saying 11" bust would be the correct size if you need 22".

Q: Why is the dress so flat and not like the picture? Is there a way to “fluff” it out?

The dress I got looked nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed. It was to short to be a dress and only had one layer of tulle.

Q: Do these run small because I have a 20 month old on the wider side but shorter . So they have a 2/3 size should this fit ??

I bought for my granddaughter who was 4 at the time. I bought a 6. Cute dress and she wore knit tights. I believe the 2/3 would fit. I believe that size is comparable to a 2T/3T
