Visually appealing
I've been looking to upgrade my gaming PC for a while but video cards are hard to come by so I settled with this, and so far I'm quite pleased. I got the version with the Ryzen 5 3600 and a 3060 Ti and it came with:MSI Geforce RTX 3060 Ti GPUASRock B450M/ac mobo16 GB XPG Gammix D10 RAM1 TB M.2 Western Digital SSD (SN550)A basic Cooler Master heatsink, couldn't find the model numberThermaltake 600W Gold PSUThe motherboard is slightly different from the photo, it has four RAM slots instead of two but no PCIe slot, which would have been nice for my sound card. Also, there doesn't appear to be any way to insert a regular HDD, only SSDs. It runs very quietly and I really like the clean interior, which is easily accessible via a glass panel held closed by magnets. Setup was simple, just had to plug it in. Also, it came two weeks early! A keyboard and mouse were included and they seem well-made but sadly several of the keys on my keyboard do not work. Gaming experience has been solid so far but I haven't tested enough games to really comment on that yet.

Good News & Bad News.
Well, 1 month after receiving my pc it's time to share my thoughts. Good news first. The pc was scheduled to arrive Sept. 20 at the earliest. It showed up 4 days early, packed like they were shipping a museum quality artifact. I read a few reviews that complained about the assembly. This one was put together so tight you'd think it was welded. I read a few reviews that were critical of the components used in the build. Mine came with an EVGA 3060ti gpu, an ASrock 550 motherboard with 4 ram slots, an MSI 1 Terrabyte nvme2 ssd, & 2 8G Gammix XPG 3200 ddr4 ram sticks that are 200 meg above what was specified. All these components are well thought of . 1 or 2 reviews were critical of the set-up, but when I went into the motherboard bios I found the ram & gpu had both been slightly overclocked, as opposed to being left underpowered. The EVGA comes overclocked as it is, but bumping the ram to 3600 meg was a nice touch, as it's the sweet spot for AMD cpu's. A few people were critical of the case & fan set-up, but they're just wrong. The fans blowing out the back & top serve to create a vacumm that pulls air in from the front slot & bottom mesh which is more than enough. Besides, if you count the gpu & psu, this case has a total of 8 fans in it. I live in Florida without ac & this case is still an icebox. Some folks complained about not being able to find the rgb settings in the motherboard. Skytech must have heard this because my screen has an icon the size of a quarter on the left side. Playing with the lights is fun, but the outside switch would've been fine. A few folks said support was hard to get ahold of. I guess Skytech heard this too 'cause my screen also has 2 icons dedicated to contacting them. 1 via e-mail &1 for live support. I haven't used them yet, tho'. Performance? This thing is a beast. I game on a 50" 4K tv with a 60 hz refresh rate. That means the best framerate I can get is 60 fps. This pc can do that standing on it's head at the most demanding settings I can throw at it. I don't see myself needing to upgrade for a long time. ( Tho' I might bump up to 32 G of ram if I find the matching sticks.) Naturally, build qualities will vary, mistakes will be made & shipping accidents will happen. Buying by mail has risks after all. But my advice is look at the overwhelming amount of positive reviews & relax. This is a great product that by & large performs better than advertised. So what's the bad news? In the month I've had it, the price of this pc has gone up by a hundred bucks. At $1549.00 this machine was way ahead of the pack in terms of value. At $1649.00, that gap is smaller. It's worth noting that the same machine is being sold & shipped by Amazon for $50.00 less as opposed to buying direct from Skytech as I did. Will this affect the set-up or build quality? No clue, but as of right now, Oct.16th, the biggest bargain on this page is the model with the Ryzen 7 3700X cpu with water cooling for $30.00 more. Either way, these machines will make you happy. Worrying will not.

Some issues, however , overall Great Gaming PC, Fair pricing (Ryzen 5 3600/RTX 3060TI)
*Edit for 3 star review- (will change if issues are fixed)I am now changing my review to a 3 star review after some digging into the system some more.I noticed my temps on my CPU were NOT in a good place so i decided to get a new cooler to replace the one that came with it, when i removed the cooler i noticed the TERRIBLE job of thermal paste application, there were several spots both on the CPU itself and the Cooler that had little to NO thermal compound, and the parts that DID have thermal paste were hard and crunchy. This could be a big problem for a average person who does not know the ins and outs of PCs.Also I had a problem with the ram only being 2666 (even after setting XMP profiles) this however is currently being rectified as the company is sending me new sticks of ram! So kudos to them there!Original-Day 2 of having this PC.(Ryzen 5 3600/RTX 3060ti)LOVE it so far. First thing I did personally was add a SSHD for space for games (also already had games on it)My build's Specs:Motherboard: Biostar b450 motherboardRam: 16GB XPG ram at 3000mhzCPU: Ryzen 5 3600GPU: MSI Dual fan RTX 3060TISSD is pretty generic but does it's jobPower supply 600w gold 80+rated thermaltake smartGame Tests (will update as I go along)*All games capped at 144 FPSCod warzone High settings RTX on: 60-144FPS *no dips below 60FPSWarzone High settings RTX off:80-144 FPS but most of the time between 110-130Apex Legends Max settings(slight tweaks):Stable 120-144 fps almost consistently at 144This pc is an amazing bang for the buck especially considering the fact that getting a 3060ti at the time of writing is near impossible. Also a very beginner friendly build.Came packaged well and looks great too.Honestly I normally just build my pc's but with the way prices have been this seemed like a good option. And so far so good.If you are looking for a great pc, with a 3060TI and are okay with spending a bit more than retail for the ease and getting a 30 series card, this is the way to go.Also shipped to me WAY faster than originally stated, said it would be 3 weeks, got here in 3 days.Overall a solid rig and I am definitely enjoying it.

Poor customer service
I had the PC for about 6 weeks before I had an issue with the Bluetooth. The issue is covered under the warranty. However, it’s been 5 weeks now and my PC still has not been serviced. I asked if they could send me the part and take the pc to a shop and was informed this would void the warranty. So I called in and spoke with a rep to see how much longer it would be and all he could tell me was that it still hasn’t been worked on and could not give me a time frame of when I could expect it to be completed. After letting him know that when I called in and initially started the process I was informed it would take about 7 business days and that I was frustrated about not having my pc back yet all he said was “OK” literally nothing else such “ I’m sorry for the inconvenience or anything. After a long awkward silence I thanked him for his time and disconnected. It’s a very nice computer but if I had known this was the type of service I should expect I would have spent my $ 1,400 elsewhere.
