Bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas, she loves watching baking and cupcake/cake decorating shows on tv and I wanted to get her started with the right tools. I've never had or used one myself and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, not cheap feeling plastic at all, pieces go on and off smoothly, and easier clean up than I thought it would be with the tube and parts (although a bottle brush would be best to use for cleaning), also much larger in person than I thought would be. Very nice and fun tool for kids and adults! Happy with this purchase!

We ordered this kit for a cupcake decorating party for my 10 year old daughters birthday. When we got it there was a problem with one of the retention collars that held the tips on. We notified KPKitchen of this and without question address the problem. Could not be happier with the customer service. As for the product itself, we are also very happy. The operation of the device was smooth and easy to use. The piston that pushes the frosting out worked smoothly and was easy to control. There are two different bevels on the dispenser which allows you to not only use the tips that come with the kit but any of the other silver tips that you see at the craft stores. We did not use the corer so I can not attest to the functionality of that. We washed it by and and clean up was easy. In sort, I would recommend this devise, It was way easier on the hands that the last time I tried using a decorating bag

I purchased this kit as a replacement for pastry bags when pouring doughnut dough into my donut pan. Based on other reviews I was a little worried that this unit wouldn't be heavy duty enough. I was worried that it would be too hard to pull the trigger to push the plunger down the tube. It worked perfectly. Very pleased with my purchase and if this can handle doughnut dough, I know that frosting will be a piece of cake.

This product had made cupcake decorating so fun and EASY. My 10yr old daughter can use this kit without any assistance. Also, I had a minor issue with my kit. I contacted the company, and to my surprise, they sent a new kit to my house within days. Phenomenal. This would make a great gift for any baker in your family!!

I like this a lot better. It's not messy and it's easy to use.

The book was not with the package, After I read it again realized that it was a ebook. There was no instructions how to use the product or how to get the ebook. I should not have to hunt for these things. The picture is deceiving. If you post a book in the picture there should be a book in the package.
